P.R.I.D.E. PARADIGM

The P.R.I.D.E. Paradigm is broken down into five life skills:

P - Purpose God will give you your purpose with a "Bridge Over Troubled Waters" and surely you will face many troubled waters (adversities). God will provide the bridge for you to maximize your potential through many, and all, your troubled waters.

R - Respect for God, Self, and others

I - Integrity, Truth and Honesty, we should flow like night and day - without ceasing

D - Determination, Discipline is a major focus to accomplish goals of your positive gifts and life skills. One Step wont take you very far, you must keep on stepping. One Deed wont do it all, you must keep on doing. One Word won't tell folks who you are, you must keep on talking. Never forget the world has a very short memory, only God will never forget.

OUR FOUNDER AND PRESIDENT

This is Rev. Dr. Romando James Ph.D. Professor Emeritus Clemson/Rutgers University

The narrative "Too Poor for the Projects…Too Rich for the White House" chronicles the journey of Rev. Dr. Romando James, reflecting on his upbringing in Bradenton, Florida, during a time of limited opportunities and pervasive poverty. Raised by a mother who instilled values of perseverance and integrity, Romando and his siblings faced economic hardships that rendered them ineligible for public housing yet instilled in them a sense of dignity and purpose. Despite financial struggles, Romando's family prioritized education and moral character, navigating challenges with resilience and determination. Through his sister Annette's inspiring journey from impoverished beginnings to academic success and community leadership, Romando found a role model and embarked on his own educational path, eventually earning multiple degrees and dedicating his life to serving and empowering marginalized communities.

Dr. Romando James's life story exemplifies a triumph over adversity, driven by a steadfast commitment to purpose and integrity. From humble beginnings marked by poverty and societal rejection, he rose to become a beacon of hope and resilience, shaping his journey around the principles of Purpose, Respect, Integrity, Determination, and Enthusiasm (P.R.I.D.E.). Through his academic achievements, community activism, and dedication to uplifting others, Dr. James has left an indelible mark on society, serving as a testament to the transformative power of perseverance and moral fortitude. His narrative underscores the importance of maintaining one's values and convictions in the face of adversity, inspiring countless individuals to overcome obstacles and pursue their dreams with unwavering determination.
